ABINEVESHA

Fear of death (abinevesha in the Yoga Sutra) is a conflictual place to live life. It is considered one of the unconscious places (kleshas) most of us live our lives.

In this state people are preoccupied with death in one way or another. They predict cataclysmic demise and prepare for the afterlife, they want to die every day, and yet they believe when they die they will go to hell (a terrible place) or heaven (a glorious place where they will be reunited with their family and heroes). The only thing that keeps them from committing suicide is the lack of faith in what “God” will chose for them should they intervene in that way.

In this box they have created for themselves, they miss out on life completely.

My choice is to live life to the fullest with my feminine values meeting up with my brilliant masculine mind somewhere in the heart space. I wish this for you, also. Lokah Samastha Sukino Bhavantu.
