Practicing Authentic Yoga

I found that my path is to practice yoga though my authenticity.

This path can seem frightening to others. I never intend to harm and I am always available for repair.

I practice

1. 100% self honesty

2. 100% forgiveness of others

3. 100% true to healing of self

4. 100% devoted to truth

5. 100% acceptance of what is

6. 100% rejection of attraction/aversion

7. 100% commitment to balance

Doshas for Marie Louise Bosin

Kapha: cold, moist, heavy, dull, static, smooth, dense, oily, soft, sweet, sour, salty

Vata: light, dry, rough, clear, active, cold, mobile, pungent, bitter, astringent

Vata imbalance: add kapha

Pitta imbalance: add kapha

Kapha imbalance:add pitta

Arc of imperfection.

Rajas. Sattva. Tejas.

Fast. Balanced. Slow.

In a physical body, the most we can work toward is balance. The more we can attain balance, or Sattva, the more peaceful our life will be.

8. Compartmentalize-not truth. People on the path of authentic yoga apply yoga to everything that is happening around them and share from that place.

9. Fear of something or someone is a sign of a stuck place inside YOU. Rather than asses others based on your fear, take your own garbage out.

10. Face your fears. Accept them as your fears. Take opposite action.

This is a path toward freedom.
